▏Plasmodium FalciparumPlasmodium Vivax Ag Detection Kit
Malaria, a life-threatening disease caused by a parasite, is transmitted to humans through the bite of an infected female mosquito with Plasmodium vivax as the causative agent. Clinical manifestations include intermittent, periodic, episodic chills, high fever and profuse sweating, as well as anemia and splenomegaly. There are five main species of Plasmodium that infect humans, including Plasmodium Falciparum (Pf), Plasmodium Vivax (Pv), Plasmodium Malariae (Pm), Plasmodium Ovale (Po) and Plasmodium Knowlesi (Pk). Among them, Plasmodium intercalans is the most widespread, spreading across tropical, subtropical and temperate countries and regions, with Central America and Southeast Asia being the most common; Plasmodium falciparum is the most serious, mainly prevalent in Africa
▏Intended Use
It is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax in human whole blood.
▏Storage And Stability
Store at 2~30℃, avoid light and keep dry. Do not freeze
The shelf-life is 24 months.
The manufacturing date and expiration date is on the label.
The test must be done within 2 hours since the testing reagent is opened..
