▏Dengue virus NS1 Ag Rapid Detection Kit
Dengue virus (DENV) belongs to the family Flaviviridae, genus Flavivirus. Dengue viruses are arthropod-borne viruses and the main vector is Aedes aegypti, followed by Aedes albopictus.WHO classifies the diseases caused by dengue viruses into three types: dengue fever (DF), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), and dengue shock syndrome (DSS).
The dengue virus gene encodes three structural proteins: encoding coat protein C, pre-membrane PrM, and envelope E; and seven non-structural proteins: NS1,NS2A,NS2B,NS3,NS4A,NS4B,NS5[2]. According to the envelope protein E antigenicity can be divided into four serotypes (DENV-1~4).
▏Intended Use
It is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen in human whole blood, serum and plasma.
▏Storage And Stability
Store at 2~30℃, avoid light and keep dry. Do not freeze
The shelf-life is 24 months.
The manufacturing date and expiration date is on the label.
The test must be done within 2 hours since the testing reagent is opened.
