▏cTnI Rapid Detection Kit
It is primarily used to predict the ovulation time, guiding women of child - bearing age to choose the optimal time for conception or guiding contraception during the safe period. LH is a hormone whose content changes cyclically with the female menstrual cycle. Its function is to stimulate the release of mature eggs in the ovaries. When its peak appears, a large amount of LH is present in the urine of women. Therefore, detecting the LH content in urine is a reliable indicator for predicting ovulation. In the mid - stage of a woman's menstrual cycle, the secretion of LH increases sharply. Ovulation can be induced within 24 - 48 hours after the formation of the "LH peak" . Therefore, women are most likely to conceive within 1 - 3 days before and after the "LH peak". Detecting the LH level using the principle of chromatographic double - antibody sandwich method helps to increase the success rate of conception, or serves as a reference for contraception and an auxiliary diagnosis for clinically predicting the ovulation cycle.
▏Intended Use
It in used for in vitro qualitative detection of luteinizing hormone (LH) in human urine samples.
▏Storage And Stability
Unopened: Store sealed and protected from light at 4°C–30°C. Shelf life: 24 months.
Opened Test Kit: Use within 1 hour under humidity ≤60% and temperature 10°C–30°C.
