▏cTnICK-MBMyo Combo Rapid Detection Kit
cTnI is primarily used for the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction. Similarly, creatine kinase isoenzyme is mainly applied in the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction, and myoglobin is also clinically utilized for the auxiliary diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
CK-MB is predominantly present in the myocardium. The detection of CK-MB significantly enhances the specificity of early diagnosis for acute myocardial infarction (AMI), making it one of the most commonly used cardiac enzymes in clinical practice and a sensitive indicator for early myocardial injury diagnosis.
Myoglobin, found in both skeletal and cardiac muscles, is the first non-enzymatic protein used to diagnose myocardial injury.
▏Intended Use
It in used for in vitro qualitative detection of cTnI, CK-MB, and Myo in human serum, plasma, and whole blood.
▏Storage And Stability
Unopened: Store sealed and protected from light at 4°C–30°C. Shelf life: 24 months.
Opened Test Kit: Use within 1 hour under humidity ≤60% and temperature 10°C–30°C.
