Detailed introduction
Detection of urine microalbumin is a sensitive and reliable indicator for the early detection of kidney disease. By combining the urine microalbumin value with the disease onset, symptoms, and medical history, a more accurate diagnosis can be made. Therefore, regular testing of urine microalbumin can play a positive role in the prevention and early treatment of kidney disease.Currently, MAU can be detected by semi-quantitative and quantitative methods. Semi-quantitative methods include colloidal gold labeling tests, while quantitative methods include radioimmunoassay, immunofluorescence, double-antibody sandwich immunochemiluminescence, enzyme immunoassay, etc.

For the in vitro quantitative detection of albumin (MAU) content in human urine samples.
▏Storage And Stability
Store the kit sealed and protected from light at 4°C–30°C. Shelf life: 24 months.
After opening, use within 1 hour under conditions of ≤60% humidity and 10°C–30°C.
