Detailed introduction
AMH is a hormone secreted by the ovaries and plays a crucial role in female fertility. AMH is secreted by primary and small antral follicles in the ovaries, and its primary function is to regulate follicular growth and development. After puberty, the ovaries begin to secrete AMH, and its levels gradually decline with age. AMH levels are not significantly influenced by the menstrual cycle and are currently considered an ideal serological indicator for assessing ovarian reserve function. Therefore, AMH provides important information for evaluating ovarian reserve, predicting menopause, and diagnosing the etiology of clinical infertility. AMH can also monitor the impact of ovarian/uterine surgery and tumor radiotherapy/chemotherapy on patient fertility.
▏Intended Use
It is used in vitro quantitative determination of Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) content in human serum, plasma, and whole blood.
▏Storage And Stability
Store the kit sealed and protected from light at 4°C–30°C. Shelf life: 24 months.
After opening, use within 1 hour under conditions of ≤60% humidity and 10°C–30°C.
