A total of 633 samples were tested simultaneously with PCR assays. Among them:92 influenza A-positive samples showed a concordance rate of 66.3% (61/92);43 influenza B-positive samples demonstrated a concordance rate of 62.79% (27/43);213 novel coronavirus (COVID-19)-positive samples exhibited a concordance rate of 72.3% (154/213);285 negative samples achieved a concordance rate of 98.95% (282/285).The overall concordance rate across all samples was 82.78%.
